AtR Summer Picnic Celebration
With most schools on summer break, the employees at Art to Remember embrace opportunities for team building. Last Saturday we gathered at Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park and enjoyed games, food and great conversation. It was a perfect time to celebrate a record year helping schools raise funds for their art programs.
There were an array of activities to choose from and tasty hot grilled items from the All American Picnic Company. Children’s laughter filled the air as they played in a bounce house and expressed their creativity by making custom art magnets and balloon-animals. Jose Barrera from our Hard Goods department made the entire event more festive with great music – most of us did not even know he was a DJ!
After lunch and a quick thank-you from Bill Boncosky, AtR President, four lucky raffle winners walked away with some amazing prizes and each employee received a cool summer beach bag filled with a t-shirt, Frisbee, beach mat, bubbles and beach ball each featuring our new company logo.
The event included a competitive corn-hole tournament. After several closely contended matches, the winning team was Valerie Larson and Bill Boncosky.
