We hope the process of supporting your school through the Art to Remember fundraiser is simple and pleasant. Below are some Frequently Asked Questions that occasionally arise during the shopping process. If you do not see the answer to your question below, we are available to assist you toll free at (800) 895-8777, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Can we use our own paper for a fundraiser?2019-09-06T12:04:01-04:00

We prefer that you use our art paper to ensure that:

  1. We scan it accurately
  2. We minimize any distortion of the image on the final keepsake products.

Contact us if you already have an art project started that you want to use for your fundraiser so that we can let you know if we are able to accommodate. Call us at (800) 895-8777 or email us at info@arttoremember.com.

Can children participating in a school program do more than one piece of art?2019-09-06T12:04:42-04:00

Yes! One piece of artwork will be submitted through the school, but parents are welcome to upload additional pieces of artwork to order from at ArtToRemember.com.

Definitely! Families can go to ArtToRemember.com and upload artwork at any time. If they create an account, the artwork will be saved to their gallery.

Can siblings or school staff participate?2019-09-06T12:08:38-04:00

Absolutely! Additional artwork just needs to meet our art guidelines and be submitted with a blank order form. Parents can also go to ArtToRemember.com and upload the additional artwork directly into their gallery. Contact your Program Coordinator with any additional questions at (800) 895-8777.

If I order online, do I still have to turn in my order form to the school?2019-08-13T12:43:28-04:00

If you order online, you do not need to turn in a paper order form to the school.

My artwork is vertical but it looks like the product is horizontal (or vice versa). Can I still order the product?2019-05-13T11:50:09-04:00

All our products work with both vertical and horizontal artwork. You can order any product and your artwork will appear correctly on the product.

What should I do if I will not be able to ship our school’s orders on the scheduled date?2019-08-13T12:44:41-04:00

Contact your Program Coordinator as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to process your order and get it back to you promptly. We cannot, however, guarantee holiday delivery if you are unable to stay on schedule. If you are waiting on a few parent orders, please ship the orders you have on your scheduled date and ship any additional orders together as your school’s late order.

Yes! We will return the artwork when we ship your students’ personalized order forms.

I entered the wrong email address when ordering online. Can you fix this?2019-09-06T12:12:38-04:00

Sure! Please contact us at info@arttoremember.com or (800) 895-8777 and we will fix it. Please provide the wrong email address along with the correct one. If you have an account, you are able to update your email from the account settings page, which is located in the circle at the top right corner of the page under your initials.

What should I do if a product has arrived broken or defective?2019-08-13T12:46:58-04:00

We are happy to replace any broken, damaged, or defective products. Give us a call at (800) 895-8777 or contact your Art to Remember Program Coordinator directly.

My child’s name is spelled wrong on the order form. Can you fix this?2019-05-13T11:52:15-04:00

We apologize for this error. While your child’s name will not show up on any of the products, we do want to correct it. Please email us at info@arttoremember.com and include your child’s first and last name, the name of the school, and the city and state where the school is located. We will get it fixed in the system so that the correct name shows up on any future materials.

I selected the Ship to Home option. When will my order be delivered?2019-05-13T11:52:31-04:00

Your order will be processed and shipped within 15 business days. Shipping to your selected address will add an additional 1-4 days.

When will my order be delivered to the school?2019-05-13T11:52:57-04:00

After all of the school’s orders arrive at Art to Remember, it takes around 15 business days to produce the items and another 1-4 days to ship the items to school. If you placed your order after the deadline, your order will be part of the late orders, which are not guaranteed for holiday delivery.

I accidentally placed duplicate orders online. How do I cancel one of my orders?2019-05-13T11:53:16-04:00

Please contact Art to Remember at info@arttoremember.com or (800) 895-8777. Please include your child’s first and last name, the name of the school, the city and state of the school, and either the email address that the order confirmation was sent to or the child’s Online Order Code.

You can place an order online at any time at ArtToRemember.com. To shop and place an order, just create an account (or log in) and add art to your gallery by entering your Online Order Code(s) or uploading new artwork.  Note: Order prices may vary from school fundraising prices; shipping & handling apply.

Definitely. Just go to ArtToRemember.com. You’ll see a button at the top of the page to “Add Art.” If you click on the button, you’ll see an option to “Upload from My Computer.” If you create an account (or log in), your artwork will be saved to your gallery.

I would like to order keepsakes with artwork from a previous semester. Is this possible? Can you send me the Online Order Code for that artwork?2019-09-06T12:18:50-04:00

Of course! You can order products with artwork from a previous year. We have Online Order Codes on file back to Spring of 2014. If you don’t have the previous codes, you can search for codes on our website. If you are on the homepage of ArtToRemember.com, there is button titled “Add Art”. If you click on the button, you’ll see an option to “Search for My Child’s Art”. If you create an account, the artwork will be saved to your gallery and you can order from it at any time throughout the year.

What are the benefits of creating an account versus logging in as a guest?2019-05-13T11:54:40-04:00

Creating an account allows you to save your artwork every year and continually add artwork to your account. Then, you can order from current and previous artwork.

If you have a copy of your order form, you can find your Online Order Code on the front and back of the form.

Still can’t find it? You can search for it! If you are on the homepage of ArtToRemember.com, there is button titled “Add Art”. If you click on the button, you’ll see an option to “Search for My Child’s Art”. If you create an account, the artwork will be saved to your gallery and you can order from it at any time throughout the year.

The Legacy Wall tiles are for indoor use only. Art to Remember makes no guarantees if you choose to install them outdoors.

We will email your invoice to the school coordinator after your program is completed. If you prefer to receive your invoice in another manner or want to confirm the email address we have on file, please contact your Program Coordinator.

How do I change the insert in the pendant necklace or bracelet?2019-05-13T11:59:09-04:00

The magnet that holds the insert in place is very strong on the necklace and bracelet. If you are having difficulties switching your insert, first try pressing hard on one corner of the insert and the other corner should lift. If this does not work, pry up a corner carefully with a toothpick or straight pin.

You can order online at ArtToRemember.com at any time throughout the year. You can search for your child’s order code from their fundraiser or upload new artwork. If you create an account or log in to an existing account, your artwork will be saved to your gallery.

Yes. However,

  • We guarantee scheduled delivery dates only for your school’s primary order and
  • We pay for shipping on only one late order to the school. Shipping to your home is an additional charge.

You can place an order at any time through ArtToRemember.com.  We only guarantee scheduled delivery dates for the school’s primary fundraising order. Note: Pricing outside of the fundraising window may vary from school prices.

You can search for their Online Order Code! If you are on the homepage of ArtToRemember.com, there is button titled “Add Art”. If you click on the button, you’ll see an option to “Search for My Child’s Art”. Does Art to Remember pay for shipping?2019-05-13T11:55:42-04:00

Yes!  We pay all shipping charges for the following:

  • Program materials: We send you all materials and products needed for a successful program, including: art paper, student labels, sample keepsake products and display/marketing items to help you promote your fundraising program.
  • Artwork: We provide a prepaid label to make it easy to send us your completed artwork.
  • Personalized Order Forms: We send you the personalized order forms to send home to your parents AND provide a prepaid shipping label so you can easily return completed orders to us.
  • Keepsake Products: We pay for and ship your primary order of keepsake products and one late order to the school.

Note: Schools in Alaska, Hawaii and APOs will be billed half the shipping charges.

Parents who order online have the option to ship their orders directly to their home.  If parents select this option, they are responsible for shipping charges.
