The Art to Remember Program Coordinators love working with and learning more about you during the school fundraiser, so we thought that you may want to know more about them as well. Today, we’ll meet Lori Dahlby.

Lori started working at Art to Remember in August of 2004.  Prior to working at AtR, she sold printing to AtR and knew about the business. She always thought the AtR fundraising program was the most ingenious way for art teachers and parent groups to raise money so she jumped at the chance to join the team.

Outside of her time at AtR, Lori has been married to her husband John for 20 years (21 years on August 12), and has three awesome daughters: Jessika, Jackie and Amanda.

She likes to visit new places and has been to every state except four, traveling by car or in a camper.  Her father was an athletic director and her mother was an elementary school secretary, so they had the summers off to travel. Lori said “We visited every monument and museum.  It was a great experience and it was a huge help in history class!”

Out of the places she’s visited, Panama City Beach, FL is her favorite, so it makes sense that her favorite food is seafood. “I love seafood!  Lobster, crab legs, scallops and jalapeno baked oysters are the best!”

In her spare time, Lori loves to play Chinese Checkers, Backgammon, and Words with Friends with her husband (so much that sometimes work around the house doesn’t get accomplished in a timely manner). She also enjoys watching TV – her favorite show is the Big Bang Theory and she loves to cheer on her favorite team, the Indianapolis Colts.

Lori is proud to be a member of the Art to Remember team and is elated in the direction the company has gone since Bill Boncosky took over in 2012. “The Christmas party in 2012 is one of my favorite company memories.  We had a new owner, a new sales manager with a great attitude, and a new production manager. These three have brought the company to a whole new level and it makes the job that much more enjoyable!”

Thanks Lori!

We truly want to make you feel like a part of the team when you partner with us – a team that is working towards the goal of raising more money for art education than ever before.
